Shasta and Rick Hillmer from a Adel recently rescued Dozer, an 8 week old Shepherd mix. In order to rescue Dozer, they had to prove that they had a fence to contain him. They had us install their fence first and then come back to train once they brought him home. Heather and Brian Stevens just built a beautiful new home in Iowa City. In fact, it was part of the Parade of Homes. They have two Dachshunds. Madison is 16 years old and Sammie is 13 years old. Madison set the record for the oldest dog we have trained:) At their previous home they had a traditional fence but the dogs figured out that they could dig underneath and get away. With an underground fence, dogs can't dig under or jump over which keeps them much safer.Read More.
